February 14, 2017: Help us win again!

February 17, 2017

“Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom, must, like men, undergo the fatigues of supporting it”.  Thomas Paine, 1776

February is when we raise most of the money we need for the year.   Please help as much as you can.   Thanks.

Last year, our message reached more than 15,000 people each week during most of the past year.   During several weeks, we reached more than 300,000 people throughout New Jersey when some of our posts went “viral” and attracted mainstream media attention.

To do that, we had to spend $18,000, or roughly $1,500 per month. We can easily double the number of people we reach this year if we can raise just $7,000 more.  Can you help us do that?   Here are four suggestions:

1.  Dues for 2017 are due. Please pay $30 to be a non-voting member this year.   If you can attend monthly meetings in Atlantic County, please join us as a full voting member.  Contact us for details.   We hope that 200 people join this year and give us $6,000.

2.  Support our yearly Washington-Lincoln Fundraiser. This year it is Sunday, February 26, 1pm to 3pm at the the Irish Pub on St. James Place in Atlantic City.   Our keynote speaker is Republican Assemblyman and candidate for Governor Jack Ciattarelli.  Tickets are $100 for two, $75 for one.   We hope to have 120 people there, and raise $10,000.

3. That same morning of Sunday, February 26, we also plan a one table breakfast with Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli.   That will be at the Carisbrooke Inn in Ventnor at 11AM.   Tickets for that event.   are $250 each and we hope to raise $2,500.  If you cannot participate, please suggest people who can.

4.  Finally, we also welcome whatever donation you can make. During the past three months, we dozens of gifts ranging from $5 to $1,000.   All of them are much needed and appreciated.  Our organization, Liberty and Prosperity 1776, Inc. t/a LibertyAndProsperity.org is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt education organization.

To contribute, please pay by mail, on our PayPal button on the Home Page of this website, or at our breakfasts every Saturday at the Shore Diner.  For more information or other details, please call (609) 927-7333 or email info@libertyandprosperity.org.  Thanks.

As we ask for your support, we are also moving forward on these important projects:

The Governor, all 40 State Senators, and all 80 Assembly Members are up for election on Tuesday, June 6.   Help us make our basic principles the goals of the winning candidates.

“The Constitution is the Solution” Lecture Series:   On Wednesday, February 22 (George Washington’s real birthday), the Somers Point JBS Chapter is hosting a video presentation followed by live discussion on “Part 4:  Constitutional War Powers and the Enemy Within”.   It will start 7pm at the Point Diner where Shore Road meets MacArthur Blvd. in Somers Point.   For details, contact Steve Jones (609) 616-5321 or email jbs-sp-sjones1@see-more-facts.com.

Are you getting this as “spam”?  If so, please “whitelist” us so it doesn’t happen again.   If you need help, please contact us.   Also, please contact us anyway, so we can try to fix things at our end.  Thanks.
